Forms of Advertising

Hey guys, so I know a few forms of advertising but I want to see what else you guys use as well
-Yelp
-Google Places
-Google AdWords
-Yahoo Local
-merchant Circle
-Craigslist
-SEO
And to those of you using Google AdWords , how successful is it in attaining new customers. I personally want to hire a company to do my AdWords for me since I really have no clue on how to maximize results with it. Do any of you guys have recommendations for companies who offer this service. Has anyone tried Blue Shark Media? Would 200$/month be enough?
