I recently had a chance to test out Four Star’s Ultimate Vinyl Protectant Spray on my sister in-laws BMW X3’s vinyl/faux leather interior:

Four Star Ultimate Vinyl Protectant Spray beautifies and protects vinyl and plastic from the effects of ozone and UV rays. Prevent premature cracking and fading with special Polycharger polymers. Four Star Ultimate Vinyl Protectant Spray leaves a nongreasy, satin finish on all interior vinyl and plastic surfaces.​
Directions:

1. Shake well before using - Check.

2. Make sure surface is dry, clean, and free of contaminates. - Check.

Prior to application, all interior surfaces are cleaned with DP’s Total Interior Cleaner. After cleaning the dash especially looks tired and dried out:





Fingers crossed we can revive it :)

3. Spray a light mist onto a microfiber towel or applicator pad. - Check. As far as I can tell, 4 Star UVPS has no noticeable odor.

4. Wipe in a circular motion. Allow the protectant to penetrate for a few minutes and then wipe off any excess. - Check

And now the results:









Conclusion

Four Star’s Ultimate Vinyl Protectant Spray is good straight forward product. It did exactly what it claimed to and left the X3’s vinyl and faux leather surfaces with a pleasant nongreasy, satin finish.

If you’re looking to try out a new vinyl protectant this is this definitely one to consider!

I always try to inject a little humor while attempting to provide useful info for anyone considering trying out a new product/ has questions / need to see a product in action before purchasing :)
 
Nice review. Premium Finish Care makes fine products, the Four Star Line among them. I like how it left the finish satin and not shiny.

Thanks! And I totally agree - the satin finish left by UVPS looks even nicer in person.
 
Ive been using Ultima Interior Guard Plus, also made by Premium Finish Care. It hardly leaves any trace at all its been applied.

I bet it does look better in person. BMW plastics are usually high quality with nice grading to them, so I am sure it looks excellent.
