My dad unfortunately passed last Fall. While going thru some things of his I found this Craftsman 10 inch Buffer/Polisher. In the spirit of detailing I want to give it to

someone here. Maybe someone starting out or a young person. Its nothing great but it is brand new/never used. Pm me if interested. Thanks

Sorry heres the pic

:props:

Very nice gesture, and sorry to hear about your dad. I am sure he would be proud of you.

I don't detail frequently, so I'll let someone here who needs it more than I do to take it.

Sorry to hear about your dad.

Kudos to you. It's nice to know that even in such difficult times, we still have nice/kind people.

Very sorry to hear about your dad. I am sure someone is going to appreciate this. Best of luck to you and your family.

Sorry to hear about your dad, I went through it two years ago abd it can be very trying time. It's a very nice gesture of you to pass on something that was his. Best of luck to you and your family.

I'm so very sorry to hear about your dad's passing.

sorry about your loss, I am happy to find a forum with such great people, from people just taking time out of their day to share some advice for newbies, to people sending free samples without asking anything in return, and to this where someone is donating a polisher to a newbie,

such a classy forum, hope you all the best

Sorry to hear about your Dad. I worry about my Dad. From time to time I peek into his room to make sure he's breathing. It's nice of you to offer up the buffer for free.:dblthumb2:

Dave,
This is true about checking on pops. Sometimes i would watch for a minute or two until I seen his chest/stomach move to indicate taking a breathe. It's a tough
thing.

Sorry to hear about your Dad.

Very cool of you to offer, I hope someone can use it.

I got a lot of Dad's tools when he passed. Tools I remember packing around when I was a wee lad. Memories.

My heartfelt condolences on your lost.

Just an idea, you might just want to hang on to the buffer. Even though item is unused, it was you Dad's...memory? I say this only from my experience...my father died almost 50 years ago and had many tools that I still use to this day, and when I do, I have very fond long ago memories.

Very sorry about your dad, and very impressed by your generosity. We're blessed to be a blessing, and you're a great example of that.

Sympathies on the loss of your Dad.

Nice of you to offer the buffer, I'm sure somebody can use it.

Sorry to hear about your dad. I like BillE's suggestion. Keep it. Apply a coat of wax with once in a while as a tribute to your father.

Thank you everyone for kind words and great ideas. Without getting into details it will

be OK to give this away. I did find a member who will be happy to use it.
