I forgot the free gift. You have to add to your basket the free gift and i forgot to do this. Hopefully when i call tomorrow I will be able to add the gift without any hassle. Please auto geek! I am a loyal customer.
 
You'll be fine, just call first thing in the morning when they open...

Yeah, I learned they hard way in previous promotions. When they see "details". They mean you HAVE to click on details in order to get what they are offering.
 
AGO customer service is awesome and will take care of you (probably already have). I once forgot to add my free sample, I contacted CS, the order had already shipped, they told me to add two to my next order. I did and they honored it, no problem.
 
Lol, If you saw my thread, I got 120 dollars worth of stuff, added in the free gift and used gift cards and paid 11 dollars and 56 cents, great sale imo. I think Ag should have a 15/20percent off in summer, a 20 around xmas and a 30 percent off after new years and make it inventory reduction or something similar,

Bill I'd rather see 25% off year round, free shipping over $75, or $95, and just call it even. Or better yet, just do an across the board reduction, kick every other on-line retailer in the ba!!s and let the set price stand up and bark like a big dog barks!

I added it immediately. I knew I could use it. For example, every "car" I detailed was a truck except my actual personal car. All the rims have huge surface area and the brake disk is elevated so there's a large amount of space which is perfect for a pro size brush
 
I emailed them and they added it in my order. I have about 10 different wheel brushes, looking forward to trying it out.
