Use ALL CAPS.... "DEFEST15" and not "defest15"...it worked for me when I plugged in the code. It just might be case sensitive.

Just Florida? I know they're close but that is kind of crappy. Last time I mailed something they went by weight and it didn't matter where it went in the us.

We also have to pay sales tax so it kinda equals out.
