Great turnarounds. You didn't do those jobs for free, did you?

Also what was your process on the paint? One step?

Looks nice! Good job. Looks like tar on your clay. I could be wrong but that's probably from claying the lower panels without using a good tar remover first. If you remove the majority of the tar first, you will extend the life of your clay. If it's not tar, nevermind me haha.

I've actually never detailed an element. Don't they have some sort of waterproof or weather resistant seats. How are they to clean?

NO I didnt do them for free I asked the to pay me what they thought was right. I got $100 each but Im alright with that. I got the learnign XP from doing also with means alot to me. I use the MEGS M105/m205 combo on both of these with a LSP n wax.

I used a couple things for tar remover and it still looked like this. What do your recommend for a good tar removers?

I been using....

Safe Scrub Bug & Tar Pad can be used on glass, chrome, vinyl, fiberglass, paint and clearcoats—100% safe when used with soapy water.

Plus I have some OTC products. The chevy lives on a gravel road where they oil the grave to keep dusting down and its never been detailed in its life.

They do have some water/weather resistant seats. Its was alright not as easy as other but you have to work at cleaning them. Some came of with a light detergent and a few spots hit it with folax. But just have to use some elbow grease to get it to work in and blot dry it. I guess it be more finding out what works for you

For tar, you can't go wrong wath tarminator. It's awesome stuff

Nice job, looks like the your overcoming the learning curve. How long did it take you to do each?

Great work, keep it up, I see you worked into the night on one of the jobs.

that stuff shouldn't build up on the clay like that. fold it more often to get more use out of it and keep claying till it stays the same color, unless of course its a uniform caramel coca-cola with specks in it then definitely time to get a new clay.

so how are the wheels? were they easy to work with?

and nice job on the engine bay. ( I hate those)

Thank you. I take my time, each took me inside and out about 6 hours each.

Tires I dress very last. I didn't take pics of them after the were dressed. I been using sonax cleaner for rims (like the Iron X kind) and For cleaning the tires I use deep purple degreaser then soap and water to clean. Not bad to clean tho the degreaser takes the labor out of it. Working into the night more like the next day lol. I like it tho its my stress reliever and seeing the b4 and after and knowing I did that and look on the faces of "customer" and how they didn't think their car could look like that again makes me feel great.
