Full paint correction in 5 hours on S-M size cars??

Thats what I expect as well.

washing and claying will take about 1 hour or 1.5 hour depends on how dirty it is and type of clay you use.
AIO polishing itself will take me about 3 hours with rupes 21es and mini buffer for tight areas. maybe extra 1 hour or so if I go dedicated light polish + wax.

If somebody wants "paint correction" it will take more time but for the most part I do gloss enhancements and sealant and once I got my routine down, I don't need to do any guessing I just go with my usual product and pad

If he's correcting to 80-90% and swappin his pads very regularly (ie maintaining an optimal peromance from them) then his times are OK, their pretty quick but not crazy.... thats purely for polishing / correcting.. single stage....
In 8 hours i have done the same size cars and prior to single stage correction washed, clayed, removed cleaned and selaed wheels, then used cleaner wax then finally sealed / waxed and done glass .. that was on for example a Volvo S40 with 5 years of neglect...
Thats was working bloody hard though and I would not want to put myself under that sprt of time pressure on a daily basis..

Also the finish level from MF IMO is not good enough and whilst looks like a great improvment (and it is) , i would be finishing with foam pads and a finishnig comound to remove any hazing that may remain.. but thats perosnal for my cars.. its not a busines for me and i will be inspecting the resutls not a client... very different expectations..
