Awesome results! Not too bad for a first time user! Do you think you can edit your post so the pictures aren't all side by side??

thx!
the pictures is not side by side in my browser

Howdy!
Very nice work there!!!
I agree though, the pictures are hard to see with the way they are set up on the page. We don't wanna miss anything!!
Looks lovely! Feels good to get it to look so good, doesn't it?
I am new to PB - almost out - just using samples - better than I had expected. You like it enough to stick with it, or do you know yet?

Very nice results, I've heard great thing about SSR line up. I'm going to have to give it a try one of these days.

ok i think i fixed the pictures.
thx for all the compliments, yea i like the poorboys line, ex-p and nattys blue is such a good pair!
the only drawback of using SSR 2.5 is that it dusts a lot ( i tried priming and not priming the pad, but it still dusts)
SSR 1 doesn't dust at all
ex-p gives you crazy reflection
and nattys blue gives you the depth and it's soo easy to use. :D

I love poorboys, especially EX and EX-P, so easy to use. The come off like butter (as long as you don't put it on too think), and look great afterwards, even if you don't top it with natty's. The SSR are very asy to use as well, IMHo.

Glad you had a good experience with the poorboys stuff, I love the way they smell, too!

Pete

this is why I offer the Poorboys Kit, w or w/out buffer to almost every new detailer. Easy to use products and nice results mean they will continue to attempt and detail their cars. If its too hard, or learning curve is too steep then likely to go back to car washing.

That could be from using the orange pad as well. A polishing pad should be all that you need and no priming. A thin bead of product around the pad is all you need as well. If the pad gets saturated with product just take a cloth and wipe off the excess. I follow this process and get zero dusting with SSR2.5 and I use it a lot.

i'll try using the SSR 2.5 with the white pad sometimes.
what pad should i use the ssr 1 with?

Either a polishing (white) or a finishing pad. If you have any light marring left you can stick with the white pad (no problems) or if you want a really light final polish you can use a finishing pad. Crank up to speed 6 on your last pass of SSR1 and move the machine fast for a nice deep glossy paint.... referred as 'jeweling' on this board.

I LOVE POORBOYS! SO MUCH!!! It's easy to work with, and if you don't use too much product there is no dusting to worry about.

And don't get me started on Natty's Blue. It's the greatest!

Fantastic work Dellorama, very nice!!!

hey we have the same car! :awesome:

my 3 loves Natty's Blue too. Good job!! :)
