Was wondering if anyone has problems with the Fuzion lid sticking/binding so it is very difficult to twist on/off? Mine seems to have gotten worse with usage. I now just tigthen the lid about a quarter of the way and put the whole thing in a ziplock bag.

Was just curious....maybe it's just me and the container is warping some? The containers that Dodo comes in seem to work fine....a harder/stiffer plastic it seems.

Give me a call tomorrow, we can send you out a new cap if you are having troubles with that one.

Mine gets tight sometimes, but really no issue. I can send you a workout program to strengthen that grip:D

Yeah, my Fuzion container, it's very hard to twist the cap on and off properly but no big deal. Once I get it open, the smell is heavenly.

That same thing happened to me when the frozen Fuzion 2 for $100 deal was being sold. Meghan took good care of me as always, she sent me out 2 empty fuzion containers for only one container i was having trouble with, it took me a while to get the lid off too, but once i got it off i quickly converted the wax into one of the empty containers. With all my paste waxes now i put the lid on just tight enough, not too much pressure on the tightening, just to be on the safe side. :D

Thanks for the replies....I'll contact Megan as she suggested. I was just curious if this was an isolated problem. On the website, it looks like the mini (3 oz.) Fuzion container is different. Great wax! Great customer service.

I have the same issue. Amazed at the cheap container considering the price I paid!

make sure to wipe the area (teeth) after using the wax as sometimes the products can get in there and make any lid harder to open and close. I believe the Fuzion uses a similar lid to Souveran which had a small rubber washer to seal in the product, might also be part of the issue.

Killr,

Appreciate the reply, but I have tried all of your suggestions. It has nothing to do with cleaning the threads or the gasket/washer.

I've had two Fuzion containers over the past 2 years and this one just does not twist on/off properly. The first I had one was not easy to work with, but workable. I do agree that the container is the same or similar to Souveran (which I had not issues with). I emailed Megan to swap it out.

You're not alone. I've been having problems with my Fuzion jar, too. It just doesn't want to twist on and off right, especially twist on right. It feels like I'm going to break it.

Take a long rubber band and put it around the side of the lid. It'll help grip as your turn it.

Just FYI all of the Sub Zero Fuzions we sold will have a slight lid problem, due to the Freezing. Best thing to do is to put the wax in a ziplock bag if you are having trouble with the lid.

I have trouble with the lids on my Fuzions that I bought during the Sub Zero deal, but it honestly isn't enough for me to be worried about it. It is what's inside that counts :)

Can some post a Link or a Picture of the Container that`s having the problems.

Is it a certain Size that`s having this problem.

I want to order some... and are wondering if I have to buy some Zip-Lock Baggies or Elastic Bands too.

the only ones seeing the issue with lids are the sub-zero offering which has long since been blown out and sold at tremendous discount. The new stuff is fine ...

I bought mine as a BOGO awhile back and have an issue with the lid? Does that mean mine was a frozen one? I was not told about this when I bought it.

Best to check with Meghan .. but I seem to remember the Sub-zero special was the only BOGO ever offered on the normal size Fuzion and indeed was marketed quite well to inform all potential buyers in advance. The wax was not harmed and more than several have used the once frozen Fuzion with superb results. It appears the lids are a bit feisty however and likely not known until recent complaint.

Lid issue or not there is nothing quite like Fuzion with the afternoon rain on it ! :D

The container I mentioned in OP is not a sub-zero special and the lid is more than "finicky", but Meghan has graciously taken care of me.
