Finally emailed to see if it should be getting so hot after trying holding a few ways. Their answer, don’t use it if it gets hot. Customer service my #$$.
What do you really expect?
Always ask for what you want the result to be. Don't assume someone is going to read your mind and figure out what you want.
If you feel you have a defective machine demand that they replace it under warranty.
But I really do not know what your expectations were when emailing. Did you think they could tell you something that would make the machine not run so hot? :dunno:
