Garage Cost

How much "on average" is the cost to lease a small garage for business? Looking in middle class areas.
 
Thats a loaded question with way too many variables. A middle class area in Oakland, Ca will be alot different than a middle class area in West Palm Beach. Where are you located? Single bay, double? See where this can go? Utilities included? We can help if we can.

As an example: I live in very North Florida. A single bay garage w/attached office space is about 800 a month. Water and power is extra. The area is an industrial park about 10 years old. That same space can be well over a grand a month in other areas. The real estate market is in the tank so deals can be found though.
 
My friend that owns a detail business rents a 4 car double bay garage for $500 a month with utilities included here in Indiana.

Yea he got lucky lol. It has an office, a waiting room, and a restroom too. I don't trust him with my car though. I do my own stuff. The guy that use to be in it used it as a Shelby Cobra dealership. The old ones (the best ones IMO).

lolz well you got to have a good reason to no trust him lolz what kind of car u got? Il be moving to Chicago soon and hopefully by summer i should have my astro ready to start working as mobile

I would love to find a deal like that here!!! No to use it for a business, but for personal use.

Where in Indiana? I'm in Schererville
 
Here in MA for a single bay garage your looking at $800-$1500 a month depending on the location. Most of the places for rent are in the lower class sections of MA, which will be your lower cost. The middle class sections are closer to the $1200-$1500 range. But depending on how big the garage area is your looking for it could be up to $3,000 a month.

Things are much more expensive here. I'd go to Craiglist and look search your area to see the average cost. Typically you can find at least 3 or 4 that are what your looking for. That will give you at least an idea of what you are going to need to spend.
