:iagree: Absolutely. Whats the chances of a pic or two of the Bug hiding down the end there? :dblthumb2: Beautiful garage.

Aaryn NZ.

Thanks Aaryn. Here's a couple more in the garage.

Yeah, thats nice, very very nice. :props: Thank you for sharing!

What a fantastic space too, tastefully done & looks practical, I would like to work there on a daily basis anyhow, even in the right colours for my logo. :xyxthumbs: The Bug would have to be covered up so I didn't keep looking at it but hey. Do you work out of there full time or a hobby detailer with a stunning workshop?

I am not a full time detailer but more of a recent hobbiest. Before that I was just your average VW junkie that used your typical auto store products. I decided that once my garage was finally a clean decent place to work, I should learn to clean my vehicles the right way. And so begins the endless rabbit hole. $$

Ha, yeah I hear you on that. :xyxthumbs:

Well you should be proud of what you have, it looks spot on in my opinion.

First few pictures are from when it was only a year old (09), lots more junk has moved in since then. Some useful, some not.

Theres now an office, bathroom and toolroom under the loft. which are not shown in this picture.

You can see them in this one

Old oil and DEF system is gone now too, replaced by this one.

Welding table picked up cheap.

Gets pretty full and dirty in the winter, lots of sloppy stuff to thaw.

And just some projects.

Lotsa Headgaskets

Do a lot of Allisons too.

Moving from my old box to my newish one back in the day.

Frame swap on the truck on left and turbo on my TDI.

The empty floor in the 1st few pics looks donut worthy.

I'm converting my 2 car garage into a detail bay. Need suggestions on both horizontal lighting and ceiling lights. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I purchased the LED fixtures listed in the first thread and designed my layout based on some of the examples posted by Platonic Solid in the second thread...he clearly knows his stuff! ;)

My home shop in southern Maryland.

Soon most of this equipment and supply will be gone and this 2 car 2 door area will be specifically applying/curing coatings and some refined correction for concourse services. I’ve been in the works and moving to team up with a media/Vinylwrap/printing company with a vast warehouse, 25 ft bay doors, water filtration, air filtration and room to breathe!

Building a light tunnel right now that will be adjustable and able to fit an RV underneath!

Gonna miss my fridge bwing 15 steps away.
