Well, you all are talking about his products, so...as the great George W. Bush once said (or was it GD?)..."Mission Accomplished"

P.S. (just kidding about GW Bush...he wouldn't have the capacity to run his own business...kinda wish he had).

Yeah, him and Obama have that in common....oh wait, didn't GW own the Rangers.....oh wait, Obama was a community organizer, guess they both ran something, "mission accomplished" for sure.

Anyways.....it was said and we're talking about Garry Dean and his method, many have benefited from it too, I plan on trying the GD method in the winter time when the salt is on the car, thanks Garry!

Dang AG must of changed the forum rules lately. Since this is now officially " smear member day" post . First Garry Dean and then the Bush family. Who's next , conservatives or anyone successful in the detailing business that tells it like it is ? Maybe it's time for getting back to detailing and related topics. I will admit I'm surprised at a few of the senior members that have joined in on the bashing. Those in glass houses should be careful of throwing stones. Maybe it's time to lock this one up. :)

I don't see a problem with it. It's "adult bickering", it's not like they are saying "you are a ****" etc like bashing, one person does not like the fact that someone took a credit for a method he DID NOT create but everyone gives him credit for it, and is expressing himself...I personally think AG should be more lenient, as every little thing gets a forum thread closed or member is banned, this is a forum afterall, they should speak some of their mind as long as it is not foul

Olive branch...I'm sorry for saying GW owned a professional baseball team.

As far as the products go, well they may not be sold here but his method of washing cars is talked about a lot as it should, not to mention he's a member here. As far as the "off the beaten path" stuff goes I'd be willing to bet that Garry invested in himself w/o any help or as "us in the know" call them today hand outs. I watched a video about Garry on his site and it was very inspirational, its what makes this country great, check it out sometime people, espcially those whom support those in favor of wealth redistribution (opps, let me reach for another olive branch, LOL)

The problem with adult bickering ( IMO ) as you call it is that it quickly goes off in the wrong direction and adds no value to the discussion of detailing cars. New members come to a forum to learn and share. Not to see who has a ax to grind or has harsh feelings about a past experience with another member. As I learned a long time ago from Mike Phillips , sometimes you have to push away from the keyboard and give it some time to think about what you are putting out there to the public. To me their is a large difference between discussing the pros and cons of a given product or procedure then knocking the way one does their marketing or operates their business. I will end it with this for I now have to go and make the Olds in my shop spotless for it's owner.:nomore:

Garry Dean is a good guy. His products are great. If you complainers need a place to go, head over to L2@ with the rest of the people banned from AG. :xyxthumbs:

gary is a detailer that was on here for year or 2 .He is one of the better guys out there also joe .gary has this made for him and then resells it.real good idea. The best part is that you can make alot from small amount. You just ad water to it.But you can use it for a lot of things not just one thing.gary is steps past us .

As far as I'm concerned...
The GDWM videos exemplify: Fait Accompli...to the utmost!!!

However the following videos {that are nearing the "Superhuman strata"}:

Are...IMO..."Must-sees" for attaining/keeping the physicality, as well as the mentality...
that's necessary in detailing for the long-term.

TO WIT:

-GDRAAPBM: (Garry Dean Ripping Apart A Phone Book Method)

-GDPFDM: (Garry Dean Plyometrics For Detailers Method)

-GDAWFR&RM: (Garry Dean Alligator Wrestling For Rest & Relaxation Method)
