Well i finished the paint up today and put a coat of the Skull candy i got.
Sunday I buffed it with my new Flex 3401 and a white pad with XMT360
yesterday I washed it real good then used the Porter Cable to put some Poorboys Black hole with a gray pad.
Today i put a coat of Skull candy on it. As for the skull candy it seemed ok..I dont know if it made much of a change from how good it looked with just the Black Hole on it. Using the wax wasnt easy because of the size of the jar, it buffed off real easy though.
here are some pics..sorry no sun shots as well it gets dark early and sun was behind everything. I will try to get some sun shots tomorrow
Ohh and the little circles you see on the flash pic..thats dust on my sensor in the camera not on the paint

But the important question is... what does Skull Candy smell like? :D

its an odd smell..its like a fall type Potpourri. I dont know if smells that great..LOL my Purple haze I got as well has the same type of smell. I dont think they have a smell i could sit there and keep sniffing it

Now that it got all of its new protection. its time to go in the garage for the winter..LOL

Incredible paint reflections. Of course, probably a lot more to do with your prep than the wax. :props:

What do you think about the XMT360 ? Seems like a great product to me
and is on my to buy list. Did it look pretty good after the XMT360 or was the addition
of the Black Hole night and day different ?
 
Very nice paint, looks like a pool of water. We have smelled the Skull Candy and we all think it smells a little like tobacco. Not sure why but that is the smell we came up with!
 
Thanks, I like the XMT as it is easy to work with and it is very easy to wipe off. When i started the car really had very very little correction needed. But it did what i wanted with the white pad and XMT. The black hole definitely does add a wetter look to the car then when it was just finished with the XMT
