gg6 shutting off

I called GG , they directed me to there sight to print a return form... They said no issue in sending it in and that there not going to repair it , there just going to send me a new one. I asked if it was the same model and they said its the newest verison out there as they no longer stock the gen 2's . What GREAT customer service!!!

I'm glad to hear their customer service is still great and they are taking care of that for you. I've had to send one back and they took care of it, no problems. Big benefit of GG DA is the lifetime warranty.
