I just wanted to say thanks AG for adding another American made product.

Gilmoure Sprayers

The Gilmour Swivel Connect Heavy Duty Water Nozzle

I have the old version click sprayer(no swivel) and one of their hoses and have been pleased with them both.

My only complaint for the click sprayer was that the trigger needed redesigned which they did for the newest version.

It's nice to see they have now also added a swivel to them.

I hope to see more offerings from them here in the future.

Gilmour is a great company! They hooked me up with a replacement foam gun part when mine failed. Buy with confidence

That product looks really good, esp. the ability to control the rate of flow. But I wonder about too much plastic. There's bad plastic, good plastic, and specialized polymer products in other industries. The price can't support the third option, so this water gun has to be made of either cheap plastic or good plastic. It's probably good plastic with the companie's reputation, but my experience with water hose devices is if it isn't make of metal, or better brass, it's not a great product. On the other hand this may be a product you just replace every year or two.

The best part about this nozzle is the center flood setting is PERFECT for sheeting the paint prior to drying. Finally I don’t have to remove the hose nozzle to get a soft flood going, also great for filling buckets up. The swivel connect at the bottom is extremely useful for shooting videos with one hand, my earlier clips I was constantly fighting with the hose a lot to keep the other nozzle pointed straight. This feels nowhere near as ergonomic as my previous Gilmour which was the metal with large rubber grips but the swivel and flood settings on this make it a really solid choice. I prefer the rear trigger layout as opposed to this front trigger, I have both but it’s all preference.

Ive not had good luck with their stuff from the Box stores. Never tried this specific nozzle though.

This is the one that I have been using for two seasons now.

This one is mostly metal with some hard rubber securely attached.

The trigger rubber has ripped but it still works fine.

I don’t mess with the flow control as it never seemed to do much.

I like the click trigger design because it easy. There’s nothing to mess with to make it stay on, just click on, click off.

My favorite part is that it never accidentally sprays no matter how it is dropped. Unlike rear trigger ones that always seem to spray me directly in the face when dropped.

I really like the select a pattern sprayer nozzle and use different settings for different uses frequently.

I was just thinking that I needed to put a swivel on mine the other day. I often have to fight to hose a little when trying to rinse the barrels of wheels.

I think I may pick up the one AG is carrying and try it out. I may end up ordering the click style if the other trigger bothers me.

Check out their website, they have quite a few different sprayers.

Here’s my hose I bought about the same time

Nothing special, but it has held up well.

I think I have that same hose

Gilmour has been good for me. I recently cracked the container on the foam gun, and was glad to learn I could get a replacement for cheap, and cheap shipping. Received it pretty fast, too.

I have other Gilmour bits, and like them all. I just may pick up this sprayer next since I broke my other non-Gimour unit.

Thanks for the thread

Cool!

Also forgot, lifetime warranty.
