Giveaway! Flex Changeable Backing Plate System

The best feature of "my" Flex is, it was free. I won it on a drawing at a detail fest. Thanks Max. Forget what I just said, the ticket was $1.00, so it wasn't free. It's only right I get the plates to go with the machine. Other than that, I would say the power, and light weight.

You would say it had a low acquisition price.

I like the lay out of the machine. The trigger location, speed dial, and the handle located at the top of the machine. very comfortable.

I have both, the Porter Cable 7424 and the Flex 3401. After a day of using the PC my hands get numb and my arms hurt. The Flex is a very smooth running machine with little to no vibration. Due to its smooth yet powerful operation, this machine can run all day, and so can the operator.

The flex is a well-balanced machine and top quality product. I can flex for hours and not feel any ill-effects from the hard work.

I like the fact that it rotates counter clockwise. Nice change up from the normal clocwise rotation. That makes it a great follow up machine for a rotary. Reminds me of the phrase "wax on wax off" from the Karate Kid.

I enjoy using the Flex because it will not stall due to forced rotation, it has nice features, like trigger position and speed adjustment position. And it looks cool with its red and black design. Up to this point, the only con was a lack of smaller backing plates - that is no longer an issue.

Nick, I would love to win this prize! I have been singing the many praises of this machine for awhile but have never been blessed with the option of using the new 6" backing plate.

My two favorite features are its smoother operation and superior design and fabrication. Forced rotation is of course excellent but the complete design has so many little things that really make a big difference its hard to sum it up in two things. So I say design is one and fabricators following through on that design is two

Just tried mine for the first time today. It's wayyyy faster than a normal DA. The correction is fantastic! I love the forced rotation.

The Machine is super well built and it corrects like nothing I've ever used(R.O. that it)

The forced rotation and the overall quality do it for me.

The layout of the controls and the extra power compared to some of the other machines is what sets the Flex apart.

It's ergonomics and build quality are outstanding. First rate machine.
