Never tried the products, but a friend buys Speed Shine by the gallon he likes it so much. I'd like to try any of them.

I have never even heard of Griots, how do you say their name. Other than here where can you find their products? What country are they from?:dblthumb2:

Haven't tried anything except their mf wash pads, would love to try others!

Griot's Garage comes from Richard Griot, pronounced "Gree-oh" (French?). They are located in the Seattle area. You can buy their products off their website. They also do a lot of catalog business. I've also seen their products on a couple of other sites.

I've used several of their products including odd specialty tools. I would say that, in general, their stuff is pretty good. Of course, for a certain set of criteria, you can find other/better/more specialized products here on AG.

One thing that I've found that no one can touch Griot's on is their packaging. Yes, sounds stupid, but I love the clear bottles with the red push/pull tops. They are so much better than ketchup bottles or other flip-top lids that get lost or break off. You can easily push them closed and keep them inverted when the bottle gets low. Griot's actually sells the bottle (and sprayers and such) directly if you call them. I WISH AG sold the bottles directly as well. I use their bottles for just about everything I can find. The bottles are also clear, so you can easily see how much product you have left, whether it needs shaking or not, or whether it's stuck to the sides. The labels on their products are also plastic so they peel off and you can reuse the bottles elsewhere. I really love those little bottles. In fact, I just bought a couple bottles of their car wash (mostly for the bottles).

As far as products I like the best among those I've tried, I'd give the nod to their Leather Rejuvinator and also their Glass Polish. I recently used the Glass Polish on my house (shower doors). I have never been able to find something that will clean those with any decent success (used a HT cyan pad). I just bought a bunch of Diamondite products to compare and see how they do (with glass pads).

I actually haven't tried any of the Griots stuff, but would love to give it a try and write up a review!

You guys are really pouring out the give aways lately!! I LOVE IT!!

I'm sorry but I've never tried Griots products. There are so many other good products I haven't had a need to try Griots but I would try them if I win them.

I have not tried any Griot's products, and would love to.

I can compare speed shine directly to Meguiar's Last Touch and Quik Detailer.

I have ordered the glass polish to test with the new xp when they both get here. I would love to have more things to test out.

I have only used a couple of their products.

1. Griot's Garage Undercarriage Spray
2. Professional Random Orbital 3 Inch Polisher

I have been wanting to try:
1. 3" Foam Buffing pads
2. Wheel Cleaner
3. Plastic Cleaner & Polish

I love Griot's products...while I'd certainly love to get some free stuff, I'd rather see some go to someone who hasn't used their products before and see them turn into a Griot's fan.

Hope that's how it goes down.

I have tried the wheel cleaner it works great! I especially liked it for the wheels im not to sure of as far as which finish, metal, coated or not, etc.

I have never tried any of their products but would love to give it a shot!

I have used Griot's Garage:

Car wash Soap = Excellent lubricity
Speed Shine = still a very versatile QD
Spray On Wax = on of my favorites, great look, easy to use
Fine Glass Polish = I use this twice yearly on all my exterior windows
Window Ceaner = excellent cleaner, no streaks , no dyes
Interior Cleaner = a must have versatile cleaning product. I have a
travel size bottle in my trunk for quick cleanup of spills on carpets/seats and interior panels.

I also bought a trunk bag from Griot's prior to Autogeek carrying the products. This holds all my travel size products/MF/ extra supplies securely. As you can see, Griot's Garage makes great products and they have excellent customer service and stand behind their products. Autogeek carrying this line is a great bonus for all those in the forum. Great products.

I have always wanted to give some of their products a try, but just never have.
