hey guys,
just joined the group and looking forward to learning and contributing. have been on the tid forum for several months but it looks like they might go out of business. have been a customer of ag for a long time and love their products and prices plus the professionalism of their people.
have been a car nut for almost 70 yrs assuming i came from the womb with a pcxp da and a bottle of megs 105 clutched to my chest. seriously, i have owned a bunch of porsches, bimmers, mbs, jags and a snootful of domestics since i was 16. currently have a new '10 jag xj liquid silver coupe with 20" kalminos rims from the factory. it ranks at the top of all the autos i have owned and plan to show it at jcoa club events. the new 3rd generation 5 ltr super v8 is a monster and the factory exhaust system is mozart quality especially when it gets on the cams at about 2000 rpm.
my best detail performance was winning best of show at porsches annual rennfest meet in atlanta in '87. my car at the time was a red euro 930 slant nosed porsche with a franz blam built 485 hp engine. i still miss that car.
