Gonna Vent a Little! About my Mytee HP60 Purchase-

So last Tuesday I ordered a Mytee hp60 extractor. On the site it says it is shipped from the manufacturer in 1-2 business days. I asked if I could get expedited shipping and they said no. I asked if they could make sure it will be shipped in 1-2 days and they confirmed it would be. They said I would have it in about 4-5 days.

When I was searching online I went through Google. On Goggle 'Discount Cleaning Supplies' had it for 1059 with shipping at 7.49. When I ordered it they charged my $90 on shipping. I was upset about it but they were still the cheapest I saw.

I called Monday because I hadn't received any tracking info and they said Mytee couldn't find the tracking number. I called Tuesday and same story. I called yesterday and once again same story. I called today and I wasn't very happy. She 'called' Mytee and they said it was shipped out yesterday!! I was mad. I raised hell and complained about the shipping error and then not being sent out on time after they confirmed to me it would be on time.

I decided to call Mytee myself and they gave me my tracking number. Now when do you think the order was shipped? It was shipped out today at 4:15 pm! Now I'm even more upset.

It has been one thing after another and the thing that is really ticking me off is that the lady told me today it was shipped out yesterday. That is complete BS!

I'm all done lol
 
call mytee-talk with a supervisor-i am guessing they will do something to make it rite
 
Ya thats why I buy from trusted sources be it ag or other sites. Why didn't you have ag price match? Couldnt you have gone through them?
 
Who is this lady you have talked to? I ordered a Mytee extractor from AG during the 10% off sale along with a couple other items. The couple other items will be here today but I have no clue on the extractor. I understand it ships directly from Mytee and may take 1-2 days for processing. I was hoping Mytee would send some kind of shipping confirmation but nothing yet. Maybe a call to Mytee is in order?
 
Jeez! Honestly I just didn't think about AG price matching....guess ill think about that next time.
 
I talked to mytee and they said due to the east coast hurricane they are behind....
 
The company I went through promised it would be out. They knew I needed it ASAP.
 
AG does not sell the HP60 which is weird because a lot of us on here are mobile and/or weekend detailers and this machine is better for us than the HP100, since the HP100 is more for the fixed location detail shop.

I did have an issue with shipping times as well with the company that i bought mine from as well, they said that it would go out on tuesday and then it didn't go out until the next week monday. I was upset about it but they did ship it for free so it saved me about 90 bucks, and I got it just in time for me to use for a job i had set up the following day.
