Goo Gone Beware!!!!

Thanks going check it out tomorrow.

Where can I buy this stuff?

I got my can from my local Napa parts store. Used it to take of the 3m clear bra residue it left behind on a Lexus IS. Took me 2 hours but worked like a charm and didn't harm anything.

I've used Goo Gone Automotive to great success removing left over adhesive from badges, vinyl wraps, and decals, . It's just a citrus solvent. Spray it on, let it sit for 20-30 seconds, then use a microfiber towel to wipe away the adhesive in a couple swipes.

more than one version of GOO GONE ... buyer beware !

So can I use Meg gallon Solvent to remove these adhesive?

Damn. I was in a hurry to pick up something off the shelf at Walmart to get rid of the bug splatter on the front of my new car. Saw Turtle Wax bug and tar, and I ended up buying a bottle of Goo Gone automotive gel. I may try it in one or two places that are not obvious to see if this works. If not, back to Walmart it goes. I just needed something in a hurry. Plan on following up with some Meg's spray wax.

Heat gun, dental floss and a little bit of kerosene has always been my best friends for debadging cars.

It comes in several varieties, one being a water based version which is likely better suited in some areas. You still need to handle with care when using any of these type of products.
