Justin, Killr is right (dang, he is always so right!). Just walk away and take a break for a while. Get yourself well and come back here when you are ready. You are part of the AG family.

There was some kid locally who talked all kinds of trash about me and what I was all about over the internet and finally at a car show I ran into him and he was all of 5'6 and about 200lbs. He was so scared he was shaking like a leaf and couldn't say a word to me. I just shook his hand and said, "Oh, well you must be (insert name)." He hasn't said a word about me since. I'm not a huge by any means, I'm 5'11 190lbs. In fact my avatar is a pic of me in my fire dept. uniform with some kids at a local even.

Bottom line, it's the internet. Don't take it so serious.

Justin, I don't know what prompted this post, but you really sound like you need some time off, away from forums and the internet. Maybe to be with your family and realize what is important---your family and your health. I've always trusted your advise and envied your results. Most of the people that are "hatin'" probably have about 1/4 of your talent. Keep on keepin' on buddy and blow off the people who have made you feel this way. You're alright in my book and hope you stay and keep posting your methods, show n' shines, and product reviews. PS. You could always have the mods delete your current profile and/or just simply create another, more stealthy one----nobody would ever know;)
 
Hey, Justin. Just wanted to say thanks for the all the help you gave me when had questions. Every time I do my car there is always some Justin influence going on. nk.
I also think you should just take time off. We'll still be around here. It'll be cool when you come back. Be it 3 months or a year whatever. Take care. hope things work out for you.
 
Justin, I guess I've missed all the drama. I'm one of those guys that like to fly under the radar. I enjoy posting here, and share a lot with everybody in this board. I'm yet to have a problem with anybody here, I guess it's because my nature of hanging low
I find AG to be one of the friendliest site to post and discuss products. AG has invested a lot of money to keep it fun, and to be able to afford generosity with all their giveaways, and prizes they're constantly offering, and it's only fair and inderstandable that they want to protect their best interest, and that is to promote what they sell

I take this board over any detailing forum here in the States by a long shot
So, I would put everything behind, forget about it, and understand this is a business...

I've had about 25-30 PMs and was contacted by some important people that asked me not to leave. That I was more important than the 5 that continue to slam me. If you notice, not one mod ever deleted a post or even entered one to say anything.

When I look at the number of views I get per thread that I start (versus replies), I know that members and guests are reading what I say. That's all I need to see that my time here is helping others. I just wish that other members here would focus their power to help than to hurt.

I'm not going anywhere. This thread can be deleted if needed.

I'm sure if they keep it up they will get booted. That's NOT what this forum is about, maybe others, not this one. That is why I am here. Don't sweat it. If they send you harrassing PM's, just send them to the mods, they will handle it appropriately.:cheers:
 
I think this thread has run its life. I know Justin does not mind so I am going to close this thread. We do not like to see anyone leave the forum, we are a family here and lets all remember the purpose of this forum, to share our knowledge with each other!:grouphug:
