Google Chrome Installation failed. The Google Chrome installer failed to start.

Grrr

Right click on .exe installation file-> Run As Administrator

Assuming you are on Vista or 7 :)

Actually, IE9 needs to be installed if you're running 7 or Vista...you can get it under windows updates.

google reader is great for subscribing to different forums. i swear by it, especially at work.

FF4 is great. However, FF and IE took Chrome's layout style. Not that I'm complaining. I love the competition and I love the simple "Hidden Options" and lack of bloat from the top of the browser.

I use Firefox 4.0 and love it. :props:

I have tried them all, I must agree Firefox rules. I have IE8 so the Windows updates continue. Tried IE9 and found that it slowed my computer down. Google Chrome would be second. Currently looking at Opera. All running via Windows 7 Home.

I like Chrome compared to Firefox for fast browsing.

if you use chrome and haven't tried the "reader" option for forums just give it a shot. you will love it.

I love Google Chrome. I used the new Firefox recently and was surprised by the layout change. Didn't really get the chance to gauge speed differences from short use but I wouldn't change from Google Chrome. Can't stand Internet explorer, even the new one I only use when absolutely necessary.
