Ok last time I got a bad deal and was going to over pay for a newer van.
I ended up getting a Nice used one with a straight 6 in it.

I'm so happy and Sunday I'm going to Build up the inside to hold all my stuff.
This one has aluminum rims and I can't wait to make them shine like chrome.
I want to wrap it in an elegant black with simple graphics.

Nice! I am currently looking at getting a van as well. Thinking along the lines of an astro

Thanks guys. Yes I'm going to do a full write up.
It's going to look sweet.

Looks good. Can't wait to see how you have it set up in the end!

Glad you got the six cyl. My 5.4 is a pita to work on. Weatherguard may give you some ideas about layout planning for your van's "red zone" and headache racks. Renny Doyle has a PDF doc on setup ideas as well.

I detailed it, a little.
I'm going to wrap this so I didn't go off on the paint.
Just a good scubbing with the Nano Skin on my DA and M66 made it shine.
I polished the rims up with NXT Metal Polish. They need more work but they look a lot better then before.
Today I'm going to build the inside.

other day, my van on location.

You might wanna do some "before and after" pics of the wheels and keep em' in a little book for your customers to check out, along with other details. Looks like a great candidate for that miracle Tuff Stuff tire cleaner/dressing too.

yes I've already done that.
I did a write up on the wheels.
I was just posting these pictures in here just to have them in here.
Once the Van's completely done I'll do a write up

Here's my setup. Hope this helps. It's still getting distilled and shuffled, but it works pretty well.

The cart is from Northern and holds compound/polish bin, small applicator bin, paint towels, and sprays down below. I still have some stuff to arrange in the weatherguard bins. I have two PCs and a Flex 3401 stuffed on that bottom row at the back. That Grit Guard pad cleaner is my new favorite tool. Two pressure washers; one for blasting and one for silent running. The DeWalt hangs pretty well, so it's in there with the extractor hose, the extractor, and the rolling stool that I need to fix. I use two of those Rigid vacs with the $35 'pro' hose. Worth every cent. The werner platform is stuck in there behind the driver's seat.

Soon, I'll disassemble the hose reel and mount it at the rear in front of the cart on plywood so I can go out the back door with the hose. Side door means that I have to arrange the hose like a firefighter to reel it back in without tearing up the doors. Oh, and that Swan 3/4" 75' hose that's on the reel and advertised to not get kinky, should be renamed the "Rick James".

Headache racks are planned soon. (trying to alay any flaming that might follow)

Very nice. How did you find it?

Did you get an estimate on the price to do a full wrap on it?

I am gonna start the same process soon and this type of vehicule seems ideal. I might also go for a mini-van, not sure yet. Fuel economy might be a good idea since we go to clients.

@Candy. Creigs list.
Mini vans are too small. I had an Astro Van and it wasn't enough room.
I've been too busy to construct my inside shelves and such, but it will happen soon!

My wrap will done done by a local company, I think its Gator Wrap 3k for full wrap.
