Bloody hell! I've had the car a week, after doing extensive research on how best to keep it looking good I washed it for the first time today.

At one stage it was starting to get warm so I moved the car into the shade. In the process I ran over a brand new can of suede cleaner/protector. At the time I didn't think anything of it but now that I'm finished what I thought were water spots on the front right bumper I now think are marks from the suede cleaner (I never got to actually use it either).

Now that I'm done, after waxing with optimum spray wax and using their detailing solution, should I try more detailing solution to get it off or use a bug and tar remover? I don't mind quickly adding wax to that area again.

Also, I noticed a couple of tiny spots of the I missed, if I get them off now with bug and tar remover I should wax and detailer it again? Is that enough?

Thanks
Scott

Welcome to autogeek...nice looking ride, though I would try the detail solution again making sure to be gentle while cleaning thoroughly, wait a few minutes inspect if you removed everything(all the spots) your good add wax if you like though if those spots don't remove then that's when you use the bug, and tar remover with a slightest pressure then if that achieved removing the spots then you have to add wax, however two suggestions would be to grab some CarPro Spotless Water Spot Remover, and or coat the whole vehicle while still new

Thanks for that. Tried it. It needed the bug and tar unfortunately as the detailer didn't do much at all.

Thanks for your help.
