Just wanted to share my experience that I had with AG customer service yesterday. Not a big deal and nothing really major.

I placed an order last week and received it yesterday. I order two packages of the Nitrile black gloves and ended up only receiving one of them. I give AG a call and they fix the issue and are sending my 2nd package of gloves out today.

Were very helpful and very apologetic (sorry I didn't catch the name of the guy I talked to).

Another great experience with AG! :props:

Thank you for sharing, we like to make sure we keep all of you happy. And again sorry you were missing one, we are human so I guess we have to expect a "small" percent of errors!

Like I told the guy I spoke to that it wasn't a big deal. I did get one package of them, so I told him not to worry about rushing anything out.

People are bound to make mistakes, which is perfectly fine. It's how the mistakes are handled after the fact and AG is always top notch!
