Thanks AG. I recently, with a big order purchase a set of 3 micro fibers....must've been during transit but one of them was dirty and soiled with some green substance. Anway, i really thought nothing of it, as I could just wash the rag and use it on wheels and wheels wells. I mentioned this to AG, didnt want a replacement, just figured I'd email support and let them know one or two towels from theri batch might be bad. Over done with no big deal, I love AG. Fast forward to yesterday, see the UPS guy walking up, hands me a box, I open it up, AG kindly sent me a complete new 3 pack of towels, no charge at all.....I didnt even want them, yet they went out of their way to correct a very minor mistake. AG your rock, now that is cusomter service!!!:props::props::props:
 
AG has great customer service. UPS is rough with their packages and on more than one occasion I have had leaking products or even the package was so damaged the UPS sent it back to AG rather than delivering it to me. All it took was a simple phone call and AG promptly, without question, sent me a replacement.
 
AG has been top notch on CS and has been a pleasure to do business with them. Good folks
 
That's awesome. I'll continue ordering from them with that level of customer service.
