Hi guys, glad to be here. I have tinkered with detailing my personal cars for 3 years or so, then friends and family cars.
With the PC7424XP kit with M105/M205 that I got here I got decent at this art.
I enjoy this work as it is pretty satisfying.
Here is an '08 Accord d I did yesterday with 170,000 miles.
Before
Fender 50/50
Hood buff no glaze or wax.
Passenger door, never mind the scratch was too deep to fix.
Pass door, glaze, no wax.
Done.
I used
M205 on LC CCS orange pad
Megs #7 glaze on a LC black CCS pad
Megs NXT 2.0 applied with a LC flat red pad
Removed wax with a MF towel
Wet sand front bumper with 2000 and buff out with M205.
