After many, many months of lurking I finally decided to make an account.

My name's Dave and in June I purchased my very first brand new car, all cars previous were cash cars with high mileage and high rust, perfect for a broke college kid!

Now that I own a 2014, I wanted to care for it as best I can which led me to this site. Using the advice gleaned here, I have been able to keep my car absolutely beautiful. I have also found that I really enjoy detailing and I have begun taking care of the vehicles that my friends and family own. I am excited to learn more and more and I look forward to socializing with detailing enthusiasts from all over the world.
 
Welcome. This is a great place. I can discuss detailing 24/7. Which is something I am always doing or thinking.

Actually right now I am watching AutoGeek's how to wet sand a car part 1 :D
