Hey all,
I'm excited to finally become a member of the community here. I've been learning a lot about auto detailing by watching tutorials on YouTube and reading up on the how-to articles in this forum. I've already started the full detail process on my daily driver and have started offering my services to family and friends. Mike Phillips has been a great help through his videos and his detailing e-book which I picked up here at autogeek.
I've also ordered a lot of great products here and at Amazon. Before this, I used to use a single bucket wash with 1 wash mitt and 1 drying towel. Now I use the 2 bucket system (with a separate bucket for wheels) and a variety of wash mitts and drying towels during a single wash.
I still have a lot to learn, and I'm planning on buying a DA polisher soon. I can't wait to start contributing here and learning as much I can about professional detailing.
My only concern..the state of my wallet. This hobby can get expensive, fast.
