Hello everyone.. I'm from Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. I have been lurking in the forum for the past couple of weeks. I have never used a Forum before, so I hope I do everything right. :xyxthumbs: My interest is in Headlight Lens Restoration, and I am presently trying to start up a small service business. My goal is to offer the finest service possible. I have all my equipment together as of today, and eventually I plan to use an Ultraviolet cured, headlight coating system. So far I have not found an O.E.M. headlight coating manufacturer that is willing to sell their coating to anyone other than the big boys. I am not going to buy a UV curing lamp until I have a coating. Those of you in the know understand that the Photo initiator in the coating dictates the type of UV lamp and power you need. I am hoping someone in the forums may be able to lead me to a UV curable coating supplier. I have been following Hotrods thread in "Headlight Restoration-new UV sealant idea" with great interest. Thanks HOTROD for putting so much into keeping everyone updated on your progress.

Below is a restoration I did on a Mercedes SUV. I forgot to do a before pic, but it was bad. I was told the sale on this vehicle had been lost the day before because of the fogged headlights.
