isnt the blue pad for applying polishes and the grey pads i use to remove dried product. could be wrong, havent even thought about detiailing for a while....vacations are so nice!

I think you can do both with both.......

I tried that method but found it definitely used more product than either method mentioned above. It takes a LOT of product to transfer from foam applicator to PC pad.

Maybe I wasn't clear--that is just to prime the pad initially, not as you do each section.
