Griot’s Customer Service Question

About 3 weeks ago I was polishing out a buddy’s vehicle. About halfway through my G15 Long Throw began to wobble like an out of balance tire…and then began throwing out large shards of metal. I have sent Griots Customer Service 2 emails now regarding about how to get this fixed…but it has been crickets. Any suggestions from the group here as to my next step? Thanks!

Yes, skip any emails and give them a call. Calling ALWAYS is more effective than emails. They should be open soon.

UPDATE

Collette at Griot’s helped me and it looks like I will be getting a new replacement once they receive the broken one. AWESOME!!!
