Griot's Garage at Advanced Auto?

Hello,

I was in Advanced Auto picking up some parts and saw a small shelf with Griot's Garage products. I didn't catch any of the prices, but I did see a good number of their products.

My question is, other than most likely being overpriced, would this be the same formula that I would buy from here? I'm looking for some new products for polishing (M105/M205 doesn't agree with me) and I thought that little shelf might be a good place to try another brand before I can stock up on AG.

Whatever they are selling at Advanced is the same products sold here.

M105 is a very difficult compound to use, but M205 is an excellent polish.

However, if you are looking for a new combo, that is easy to use with amazing results, check out Wolfgang Uber Compound or Pinnacle Advanced Compound.
 
If you were to get any Griots polishes, get the BOSS polishes. I doubt they have have those at Advanced.
 
Autozone carries some Griots Garage items as well. Prices are consistent, not jacked up.
 
Check the internet for advanced auto coupons . I bought my GG 6 there. Tried seeing if AG would price match but it did not work out...
 
I've seen a very small selection of Griots products at Pep Boys. Prices are also consistent.

Why is M105 difficult to use? I know it can "dust" a bit but it cuts so freaking fast. I just like to hear other peoples opnions and experiences because it helps me become better at detailing.

Not to be argumentative but if M105 was very difficult would it be on the market so long?
 
Griots is having a special right now where they will throw in a 22 ounce Speed Shine if you spend $25 .. heck of a deal.

WHAT? AG matched AA on a GG6 for me at $99 several months back!
 
I think you will pay way more at those stores,they don't seem to be selling a lot there product set up is always full unless they stock it overnight.Im not gonna pay those prices have to say there leather rejuvenator is a nice product I think it's 9.99 ,as far as 105 I tried and tried to work with it to see what all the hype is about nothing special,but a headache to work with it.
