Hey Mike,

Does the new Wolgang Glass Polish have Cerium Oxide in it?

No.

It say citrus based so I assume no. Is it more to just deep clean the windshield and not do any correction?

Yes. It's for cleaning topical contaimination not for removing below surface defects.
