Griots paint prep

Im going to be doing a correct full details on my car once my griots polisher comes in. The thing is it is worth the money to buy this product before starting my detail. I'll be doing the usual like claying, Meg's uc, Meg's 205. Will those products strip the paint of existing wax or should I buy the paint prep and start fresh. Thanks

If you are going to use anything with abrasives like M205 or UC, there is no need to do a paint prep. Just wash and clay first.
