Grit Guards

If you don't use a Grit Guard I feel bad for you son. I've got 99 problems, but grit ain't one.

Mine didn't come with a manual, so I'm assuming you put it in the bucket and fill with soap and water. Once you start washing don't agitate the bucket; don't spray the nozzle down into the it, shake the bucket too much, etc. From my experience it helps to fill the bucket up to the top with soapy water.

Am I missing anything?

The major point of the grit guard is obviously to separate the grit to the bottom so that it does not get on your wash media again. However, you will need to remove that dirt off your wash media in the first place.

Grind the wash media against the grid guard to loosen the dirt off your wash media.
