Looking for advice/experience. Not going to hit the 40* mark here for quite some time, that’s the minimum temp they suggest for application. Can I install this onto a set of wheels, indoors, say in a basement? Are there any issues or concerns by doing so?

I would wear a respiratory mask since you won’t have that much ventilation. Also I would insure that it’s at least 50 degrees wherever you are working so that the coating can adhere properly. I think this is what you’re asking? If not feel free to elaborate on your question best of luck!

This would be the ideal way to do it.
I just did my summer wheels in front of the TV.

I always coat my wheels on a bench indoors--but I've never used C5. As stated, if there is a vapor issue wear the appropriate respirator.
