I don't think you would want a coating under a clear bra. In fact, the clear bra guys I believe usually wipe with IPA or something prior to application. Not saying this would remove EXO, but they are trying to remove any wax or sealant. Clear Bra material protects very well and likely will protect better from UV than any LSP. Also, their are specific LSPs for clear bra material. I use this one:

You can apply EXO over the top of the film.
