GTechniq, G1 curing ??

Hi,
just did a new windshield with G1. Polished first with Flex DA and Lusso Glass Polish. Then prepped with IPA. Did 3 coats of G1 and removed with G2 after 15 minutes.

Initially, the windshield does not feel smooth at all. The other windows are finished with BFWetDiam Seal and they feel 10 times smoother/slicker.
As it cures, will the G1 smooooth out?

G1 is supposed to last 25,000 miles and repel water like crazy but does it attain a super smooth finish??

G1 does not feel slick like BF. If you applied it correctly it will give you 2 years of glass protection. You should use G5 for the side and rear windows and use BF for paint.
