Gtechniq - Now Available at Autogeek!

Re: Exo ?

Hi,
will the EXO be a permanent layer (ala Opti Coat) or what kind of durability expectation?

do you know the pricing / container size?

thanks
from another US site that sells it. its same 410ml size and it cost $169 I would imagine the price here would be pretty much teh same.

Even though the site says EXO is backordered can I still make an order on it or reserve a can in case you run out quick?

You can call in an order, sure. I will put it up for sale tonight if that makes it easier on everyone.

wow that stuff is pricey! How many cars can you get out of a can?

According to Gtechniq, if applied correctly one can is enough for 4-5 average size cars.

If anyone wants first dibs, give me a call! If not, it will be up on the site to order later this evening.

Awesome, thanks Meghan!! i will be ordering 2 tonight. (Already have enough customers lined up for it :xyxthumbs: )

Is EXO meant to be used as a stand alone LSP? I keep seeing people using it as a topper over C1.

Do we have any caustic type snow foams in the U.S.? I thought these were only in the UK market. Would a d-limonene cleaner like Citrus Was and Gloss or P21S Total Auto Was be OK for GT coatings?

What is the expiation of EXO in the spray can? I know the bottles of C1 are meant to be single use.

Thanks.

exo is normally used standalone but it can be used on top of c1 to benefit from c1's better swirl resistance. i would suggest that this is only really necessary if you know that your clear coat is particularly soft.

due to this being a relatively new product for us and having quite complicated shipping regs (now sorted) we have been slower than hoped in getting it across the "pond" but I believe it should be hitting the shelves at autogeek early next week.

Thanks for the update. I'm on the verge of canceling the Candy Raspberry Mustang and substituting an exotic car instead but will wait for a few more days to see if it's going to arrive in time.

:)

Rob, great to see products available in the US. Now everyone will know how good GTechniq is.

For 169 dollars i would have to find a significant increase over the protection of fuzion. I worry about two years of protection without scratches or the such that would have to be polished out therefore removing the exo....

I am really inexperienced with products of this sort and only do my vehicles on a regular basis.

Tom

Just ordered two!!! along with a bunch of other stuff, thanks everyone!!!
