What a great thread to read after a long hard hot day at work....after thinking about where everyone's minds at maybe I should have reworded my post lol
 
Today I pass by and they have 4 employees working....well, actually 3 in lawn chairs and the other one playing with the pressure washer.

I get to the next red light, and notice a sign at another service station. Take a wild guess what service they are offering now?

Mind you both these properties are worth millions of dollars each. How are they making enough money to justify this?
