I know I'm (most often) long winded, (as CarMomma constantly reminds me) :rolleyes: but.... I'm ALWAYS trying to learn something, and am ever thankful to someone that'll take time out their day to share their knowledge and life experience with me these last 5 plus decades. I always found learning, without a story, without fun attached, to be harder to take in, and even frustrating at times to stay awake just trying to get through it.

Hopefully what little knowledge I can share in my stories (and comments) are interesting and/or funny enough to keep one engaged, and with that.... perhaps the tidbits hidden within make it worth their time. I know I have guys here that I'm proud to call my brother, and would surely make a better brother than my own ever was. All of which now, and always will be welcome to put their feet underneath my table for dinner.

They say you stop getting older after a while, and just get better. :dunno: Pffffftttt I can't say that holds true because I'm starting to feel pretty darned old. Although I think we ALL need to keep trying to be 'better', that's a good thing.
