Ok, being from NY (home of the original "Buffalo Wing" at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, NY),

I have to call a foul on you for not disjointing those wings, Mike. Lol
 
Mike, looks like a nice dinner there!

My wife loves Casamigos Tequila, very good and smooth with a light natural sweetness to it.

Let us not gloss over the fact that Cinco de Mayo has fallen on a Taco Tuesday, and is being ruined by a virus called "Corona". ;)

A little known tidbit on how this day became famous, got it's name. You see Mexico was a big exporter of mayonnaise and one 5th of May one of their mayonnaise ships was struck by a torpedo and there you have it Cinco de mayo. Hope you all had a good day. Mike the recipes look great and love that Blendtec - we love ours.
