Penny's CS is top notch, she replies very quickly, always going through the extra effort to give you the best service herself and AG can offer, one of my favorite CS reps for sure, thanks Penny if you are reading this.
Nick is what I like to call the product guru. Everytime I have product information, he is the one I turn to, he is always on top of his information and seems to know his stuff, highly recommend him for product information.
Meghan is great too. I haven't had as much experience dealing with her as the two above, but the one time I did ask her for something, she, like Penny, gave me the benefit of the doubt and gave me great customer service.
It is great employees like this and great people that keeps me returning to shop at AG and its hard to shop anywhere else with such a great customer service base.
Thanks AG for everything you do for your customers and outstanding service.
*On a side note... man imagine working at AG, how great would that be? You get to work with such a great group of people and coworkers, you get a sweet lounge with a giant TV, and I am sure you get some type of discount on all the millions of products to your hearts desire! Man how sweet would that be.
*Actually, it probably wouldn't be that great working there for me. As it is already, I am already buying too many products and going broke, if I was to get a discount, I will likely buy more and be poor...all the pay checks will go back into AG.
