Today is the start of Fall, my favorite season of the year!
Just wanted to wish you all a very happy start of Fall and a Happy Friday! :kiss:

Wait...can't be...already?? I didn't even get most of my spring polishing done, and now I have to do my winter prep polishing??
 
Fall reminds me that old man winter is around the corner. Now I'm depressed

FINALLY!!!! I can't stand the desert heat!!! I'm happy that it's fall because the temperature will start to cool down and you know winter's just around the corner. My favorite season is winter because the temperature is pleasant and cool!

I've had enough of this heat! I'm ready to turn the A/C off at the house and enjoy not having it rain six times a day. :dblthumb2:
 
Fall means beautiful colors and no more heat, but it also means snow by Halloween and sandy roads will soon be approaching.:(
 
I wonder if you took a map and plotted out the "yays" and "boos" for the arrival of Fall, if you'd actually see a correlation of southern "yays" and northern "boos" or those near coasts?

I'm with seatec...nerts to Fall. If I could overpay for slices of pizza on the boardwalk year round, I'd think I was at the Gates of Heaven.

I can't wait for the electric bill to cut in half, I love when we can open the windows and enjoy some free air!

OH YOU ARE CORRECT! Us southern friends love this time of the year more then the northern friends. For us it means no ridiculous heat and a winter of maybe getting to use a jacket 4-6 times. I forget for our Northern friends it means no detailing, shoveling snow, and winter blues! Sorry! :p

Our electric bill gets cut in half, too...except it's soon replaced by the gas bill once heating season starts!
 
Only good thing about fall is a drive down the kancamagus highway with a loved one. Beautiful scenery.

This is exactly the reason why I love winter! You don't have to pay anything to be comfortable. If you're too cold and want to stay warm, all you do is put in more layers of clothing or more layers of blanket when sleeping. During summer, you have to turn on the A/C to stay comfortable - very expensive!

Drove that road last October. Absolutely awesome!!

Fall is slowly coming to north Florida. The green acorns have been falling few a week or two now. That is a sign that it will be an early and cold winter. Cant wait!
