It's still Friday so an update post. The Pilot's are back home in Florida after a long day of flying from Colorado. FWIW, Houston airport is a pain. We land at gate C23 and our connection gate is B83...all the way on the other side of the airport with only 20 minutes to make the connecting flight. Great planning Continental!

Got home and in true Geek fashion, I headed right into the garage to check on the sleeping Porsche. I didn't even check the house to see if we had been burglarized...the car came first. Now that I am in the mood, Saturday will be spent washing all three cars. Sunday is Broncos football and the Gator Bowl Monday. Let's go Gators!!

Ed...I'm glad you and Mrs. Pilot have made it back safe. I had to do something similar in Atlanta's airport....that was my first time in that airport and I had to make the connecting flight in about 15 minutes but the gate was all the way down and then back up a another corridor. I was running through the freakin airport like a jack arse. I kept passing the tram not knowing what it was there for...so I said screw it and jumped on. Needless to say I made it just in time.
