Another week down…another great weekend ahead!!!

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted a FAIL video, but this one’s a good one. It has a couple of clips that I’ve seen so many times, but it contains some really good ones that I haven’t.

That being said…

So this weekend we’re taking my mom and sister to see our wedding venue. This should be interesting. I’m sure afterwards I’ll need an adult beverage (moms can be alittle critical). I plan on washing my fiancée’s SUV and possibly my car if I have time. Other than that its gonna be a great weekend. They’re calling for nice weather so we’ll see what we get into.

Happy Friday all. So, this weekend, if all goes well with the forecast past next weekend (will know around midnight when it updates) the hard top comes off the Jeep tomorrow morning for the summer Got my storage dolly built and ready to go and picked up a tarp to keep it covered (will be outside) for the next few months. Also have a cousin's wedding tomorrow.

Sunday is just going to be relax via hitting up a local winery tasting spot and then a True Blood season premiere BBQ with me, the gf, and maybe a friend of ours. Of course that'll include some nice med-rare steaks

I had today off , well sort of. Had to go to the grand opening of the liquor store I built last month and represent our company. to much hand shaking for me...glad thats over.

not sure whats in store this weekend yet. I've got way too much to do around the house and my shop looks like a toranado went through it and to top it off the company is playing musical trucks AGAIN!!!! And i can tell you the one I'm getting now has not been washed in 2 years maybe 3! the inside has at least 6" of mud on the floor, argh!

They were supposed to bring this pile of crap to me last weekend and the other guy is dragging his arse about getting his junk out of it. Told the boss if the truck wasn't in my driveway by Saturday morning it wouldn't get cleaned and I would have to do it Monday on his dime and he would still get charged by the detail biz.

need to work on my shop a little bit so hope every one has a great weekend!

Today was my last full week of school. Only two days left at this point.

Got gas today for $3.83 @93 octane. Usually pay around $4.25 so I am a happy camper! The whole week has been rainy as usual, but I'll squeeze a wash in sometime.

Wow that's pretty good for 93, we don't even get that for regular around here. The "grocery store" gas station where I usually get gas when I'm being cheap was 3.95 all weekend through Tuesday night for 87 and had been going down from it's previous prices so I held off one more day thinking "it'll maybe drop again". Nope had to fill up on Wednesday and it was up to 3.98, but then I drive by it last night and it's 3.89 a gallon. I was NOT happy lol.

Congrats on the grand opening. I'm sure the store looks fantastic! My parents own a business and they're getting ready to move into a new spot. From what I've been told they're gonna have to build the inside themselves. Pretty crazy how that works out.

*high five* on the fill up. Seems like gas prices are going down all over the place. There is one spot near my house that always has the lowest prices in town. I try my best to hold out on getting gas until I drive by. I HATE putting in 93 in my car!

Its a long story on the trucks Alex......and yes the store looks awsome. This was the first time I attended a grand opening and I must say I was very proud at the words of praise for myself and the company I work for.

I take a lot of pride in my work and company image( I guess thats why they always call me on the image stuff).
the company image was tarnished a couple years ago because of a few employees and some very heavy politics......the employees are not with us any more,and when the boss needs the best well he calls on me to make things happen.

Since April I have been managing 4 different jobs and I have wound that down to 2 and starting another on the 18th of this month. Once again the pressure is on....oh well I'm working and perform better under pressure.....

LOL well I don't think I'd call the wedding bit fun. It's more of one of those "family obligations" in this case. At least other than that it will actually be a pretty laid back weekend.

Hey I might even get closer to getting those pics done lol. I think I'm about 2/3's to 3/4 of the way done with the relevant parts of the book I bought for the new photo editing software I want to use so I'll start after that. I really didn't think it was going to take me that long to get to it after I posted that "teaser" photo lol.

You willing to make a trip up to Maryland? My parents may need someone to design their business when they move into the new spot. They're in this tiny strip mall, probably about 5 stores, but they're planning on tearing it down and clearing out the surrounding area and building a bigger mall. Is that store you setup a state ran store?

I'm sure thats exactly why your boss calls you...you can always tell if someone has take pride in their work. I've seen alot of people take short cuts and sometimes they're actually creating more work for themselves.

Well, the wedding was "short & sweet" and really pretty nice. They were just serving cake & some "finger food" like strawberries & whipped cream and nachos. It was about 150 people in my Aunt's backyard. (well was supposed to be 150 don't know if that many showed) It was a great day for an outdoor wedding other than the 20+ mph gusts.

Oh I'm definitely using the software. I download the practice photos from the author's website and follow along as he tells how to do different things. Makes it click really fast.
