I know it's late but.....HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!!

I've been offsite all day, but never too late for happy friday!!!

I don't have much planned this weekend except do my brakes. I can't believe I'm already doing brakes at 35k on my TSX. I thought Honda fixed the premature pad wear problem :bat:

Lexus called up my fiancee because they want her car. She has a 2010 RX350 with only 19k miles on it and they say she can get a brand new one for less than what she's paying now! So there maybe a new ride to detail!

Other than that, I'm hanging out! What about you guys and gals...what are ya'll up to this weekend?

Hmm, wash the Jeep finally. It's got a month of bugs and road dirt on it and apparently the trees in the grocery store lot were dropping sap I need to do an ONR on it since I don't have a top on, but I don't know if ONR by itself is going to get the sap off. We'll see.

Other than that I'm just kicking back since the gf works both days this weekend. I picked up a new smoker last weekend though and I think I'm gonna try making some smoked pulled pork I'm drooling just thinking about it.

Happy Friday guys!!

Went to the Rhinebeck Car Show earlier. Some nice cars and old Hot Rod Magazines and car parts. Really cool.

A local company was selling detailing supplies. Had MF pads for I think $10 a piece and Grit Guards for the same price. But it was fun to look around.

Helping refinish my front porch this weekend. Needs some new paint and steps.

Alex, I think that Honda has certain pads they replace the old ones with that won't wear out so quickly. You might want to give the dealer a call and see what the bulletin says about it.

Not much planned for me this weekend. Still recovering from surgery two weeks ago so no heavy lifting. Besides, its too damn hot to be outside!

Sound's good Alex! New cars are fun and good luck with the brakes. Are you going "high end" pads to eliminate a little brake dust?

I'm detailing my son's F150 before he goes back to school. Washed it with dawn last night. MAN I FORGOT HOW BIG THAT TRUCK IS!!!! I better get after it. Have a good one
