Yep, it's Friday. Hope everyone had a decent week. I'm definitely glad it's Friday, I just have not been too enthusiastic about work this week. Have a pretty relaxed weekend coming up myself. Pulling out the smoker in the morning to slap some smoke flavor on one of those pre-cooked spiral sliced hams for a small family get together tomorrow for my gf's Aunt who is over from Ireland. I'm excited to see how the smoker performs in the cooler weather we're having now (it's charcoal so it will be a learning experience).
 
Looks like a great weekend is in store at your place and that ham is going to taste great...:props:

First rain of the year here in the northwest. Gonna go and cruise thru the mountains to see the changing of the colors in the trees.

Thanks for putting up the thread Charles! I still don't have access during the day but hopefully will be soon.

My friend is coming over tomorrow to detail his car. We're going to be polishing and then opti-coat. Should be fun as I've never done it before LOL! His opti-coat has been sitting at my house for awhile now. Earlier this week I bought a commuter car-FINALLY! I picked up a 2000 Acura TL but it needs some work. Hopefully all minor work. Right now I know I need to replace the spark plugs and EGR valve. We'll see if that gets rid of the engine check light.

Other than that I have no other plans. Happy Friday everyone....I hope everyone has a good weekend!
 
Rest the sore back after a hard week at work...
Did the color tour thing last week. The CrossFire drove like a dream....smooth and fast.

You might check into the O2 sensors as well. Those are good culprits as well for check engine lights and on an older vehicle they could definitely need replacing.
 
Finally have time to fix my clutch issue on my mustang. Then go get in trouble lol
 
A little late to the party......but I'm real glad its Friday....been one heck of a week!

as of 8am this morning I had no plans....BUT when I got home things changed greatly.

I picked up my paycheck and inside was a ticket to this weekends race here in Charlotte(very good seats and free food to boot) then I jumped on the forum and find out that I was one of the winners in the Massive Wolfgang Giveaway.

I'm just thrilled about all of it!

Chris its been awhile since I've been at the track(been too darn busy) but I'm taking the time this weekend.

it was very cool of the boss to secure some ticks for us going to be a good day hanging with the guys!

I hear ya. We've been going to the races in Chicago since the track opened back in 2001. Can't go anymore since they moved the race to September, and I'm away at school then. I sure do miss it.

Well...life is good!!! I'm so PUMPED right now. I just got done replacing the spark plugs, 1 coil pack, and the EGR valve in my new dd and all the lights are off and codes are gone! Had the guy who I bought it from know that it would only cost about $130 in parts he could have atleast gotten another $2k. I definitely scored on this ride!

Thanks Chad!! Man I love it...it drive so smooth. I've never had a V6 before and man does it have power!
 
Happy Friday? Man this Monday is pretty rocking!
Normally I don't start a day off with an energy drink. But this morning I did. That Nos did the trick. First class cancelled, second class I was a little bouncy from the caffeine but it was worth it. Domino's for lunch, got to leave work early and get paid for the full time, found $40 in a pair of jeans I was gonna toss out, got a set of Weather Tech floormats ordered for a friend, and this Southern Illinois weather is amazing right now for October. Hopefully the week continues like this.
